We are the all-India distributor for TorcUP, a globally recognized brand in hydraulic torque wrenches and industrial bolting solutions. Our company specializes in providing cutting-edge solutions to industries like oil & gas, power plants, steel, heavy fabrication, and manufacturing.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth for TorcUP’s industrial bolting solutions. This role involves B2B sales, technical presentations, and field visits to industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for TorcUP’s hydraulic torque wrenches and bolting solutions.
- Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Work closely with industrial clients in sectors such as power plants, steel, heavy engineering, and oil & gas.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team to address client inquiries and provide customized solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 1-5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment, heavy fabrication, or mechanical tools.
- A background in engineering (mechanical/industrial preferred) or strong technical sales expertise.
- Prior experience selling hydraulic tools, torque wrenches, or industrial bolting solutions is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and conduct product demonstrations.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
