Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and referrals.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and provide suitable project recommendations.
- Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits for clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with developers and channel partners to secure project tie-ups and exclusive offers.
- Stay updated with current market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales or similar industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales goals.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market and customer trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
