Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and strategic professional to develop and expand our OEM network for EV Battery Chargers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential dealers, approaching them directly, and creating a strong and scalable network to support our business growth in the EV ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dealer Network Exploration:

  2. Research and identify potential OEM partners in target regions.

  3. Analyze existing market coverage.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective OEM partners.
  5. Collaborate with the product, technical, and marketing teams to design customized solutions for OEM clients.

  6. Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and contracts to achieve business objectives.

  7. Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding Erishwas footprint in the EV charger and e-bike market.

  8. Strategic Expansion Planning:

  9. Develop and implement strategies for expanding the OEM network in line with company goals..

  10. Collaborate with management to align network growth with sales objectives.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure long-term collaboration.
  12. proven experience in B2B sales, OEM partnerships, or technical product marketing.

  13. Market Feedback & Reporting:

  14. Provide regular reports to management on network expansion progress and challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in OEM development, preferably in the EV, automotive, or electronics sector.
  • Strong understanding of OEM Partnership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel as needed.
