Job Description

· Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the mobile chargers such as power strip mobile chargers and modular switch mobile charger's ecosystem.

· To contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and sales plans for mobile chargers and accessories.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients and channel partners.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

· Analysis of sales data to assess performance and the decision-making process.

· Collaborate with the R&D and other cross functional teams to make a product road map for timely execution.

· Contribute technical expertise, customer insights, and market trend analysis for new product introductions and cost optimization projects.

· Ensure compliance with applicable certifications and standards (BIS, RoHS, CE, ISO, IEC, safety regulations).

Skill Set required:

· Excellent customer engagement skills with a keen ability to gauge and respond to customer sentiment.

· Adept at capturing the customer pulse and leveraging insights to drive engagement and satisfaction.

· Excellent negotiation and sales acumen, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive business growth.

  • Assertive, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Stay updated with the latest technologies in fast charging (PD, QC, GaN), Type-C,protocols and wireless charging solutions.

· Proficient in leveraging multiple social media platforms for brand visibility and outreach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55, ₹70,000.00 per month
