Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our mobile charger manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of components required for production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for raw materials, components, and packaging items.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders as per production requirements.
  • Maintain and monitor stock levels to avoid production delays.
  • Coordinate with the production and accounts departments for material planning and payments.
  • Evaluate supplier performance (quality, delivery, price competitiveness).
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.
  • Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and new supplier options.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of raw materials used in mobile charger/electronic manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, BUSY software.
  • Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Male candidate with experience in electronics or mobile accessories industry.
  • Good understanding of local and imported material procurement.
  • Should have own conveyance for supplier visits and market follow-ups.
