Role Overview

The
Product Coordinator
will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects related to
EV workbench design, testing, manufacturing, and integration
. The role requires strong expertise in
Electrical and Electronics (Embedded Systems), Data Analysis, Networking, and VCU/Software integration
. The candidate will ensure smooth project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of high-quality EV products, including
test benches, powertrain systems, and subsystems
.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones in alignment with ISIEINDIA's EV roadmap.
  • Prepare schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate design, manufacturing, and testing of EV workbenches and subsystems.

Innovation & Development

  • Lead design, development, and validation of
    battery packs, BMS, motors, controllers, chargers
    , and other EV components.
  • Drive
    embedded systems and VCU software integration
    for product readiness.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for test failures and implement corrective/preventive measures.

Monitoring & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate documentation (production reports, design approvals, dispatch records).
  • Ensure adherence to
    safety regulations, labor compliance, and industry standards
    .
  • Track performance metrics and prepare outcome-based monthly reports.

Operational Support

  • Oversee waste management and resource optimization, ensuring quarterly scrap disposal cycles.
  • Represent ISIEINDIA in
    industry networking events
    and support technical skill upgradation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Experience:
    2–4 years of experience in
    project coordination, EV R&D, or manufacturing
    .

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong in
    Electrical systems, Embedded Electronics, and Networking
    .
  • Experience with
    VCU software integration
    and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of
    powertrain design and testing
    .

Other Skills:

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and deliver results.
