Job Title: Customer Success Intern

Company Overview:

FarMart Pantry is embarking on an exciting journey to build a strong presence in the Quick Commerce, E-commerce, and Modern Trade spaces. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual who can take ownership of setting up and scaling our business on these channels from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in the growth of a new and ambitious brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make daily outbound calls to buyers and suppliers of Farmart Pantry to track ongoing business operations.

  • Check order status, delivery timelines, and payment updates.

  • Collect feedback and report any issues, delays, or escalations to the internal operations team.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and updates in the company's internal system.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with buyers and suppliers through professional and empathetic communication.

  • Coordinate with the sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Share regular MIS and performance reports with the management team.

Requirements:
  • UG/Graduate in any discipline.

  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales (FMCG/Agri/E-commerce background preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.

  • Strong follow-up, documentation, and coordination skills.

  • Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
