Performance Marketer
who thrives on scaling D2C brands from scratch, understands consumer psychology deeply, and knows exactly how to use
Meta Ads and Google Ads
to drive measurable growth.
Role Overview
As a
Performance Marketer
, you will own the
paid growth engine
for our D2C clients. You'll be responsible for building campaigns from the ground up, scaling them to profitability, and staying ahead of the curve with changing algorithms, ad formats, and consumer trends.
This role is highly analytical yet creative — the right candidate knows how to read data, translate it into actionable insights, and craft campaigns that not only perform but also tell a brand's story.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and scale
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
and
Google Ads
campaigns for D2C brands. - Develop full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF) with
retargeting, lookalikes, and audience - segmentation
. - Create ad creatives and copy in collaboration with design and content teams.
- Monitor performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CAC, LTV, and AOV.
- Implement and interpret
A/B tests
across creatives, audiences, and landing pages. - Track performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution tools.
- Stay updated on
platform trends, privacy updates, and algorithm changes
. - Provide strategic insights to complement Shopify CRO initiatives.
- Prepare reports with clear insights, learnings, and next-step recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years hands-on managing
Meta and Google Ads
with significant monthly budgets. - Proven track record in scaling
D2C brands from scratch to high revenue
. - Strong grasp of
eCommerce metrics
(ROAS, MER, CAC, retention). - Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs, and attribution tools
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in analytics and dashboards.
- Excellent copy instincts and ability to brief creatives for high-performing ads.
- Strong knowledge of
trends in performance marketing
(Reels ads, Advantage+ campaigns, Performance Max).
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency-side experience managing
multiple D2C clients
. - Familiarity with
email/whatsapp flows
and their role in performance marketing. - Understanding of CRO principles and how media interacts with on-site experience.
- Experience with scaling across geographies (India + international markets).
