About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer with a strong background in managing paid campaigns and driving ROI in the e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing channels, with a focus on optimizing budgets, increasing conversions, and scaling revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve defined KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, Conversions).
  • Run campaigns for marketplace platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. (if required).
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop ad copies, creatives, and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, creatives, and targeting strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools/strategies.
  • Track, report, and present performance metrics to management regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2 years of proven experience in performance marketing within the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Creative mindset with problem-solving ability.
