Key Responsibilities: (Female Only)

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and prospects to promote company services.
  • Understand customer needs and explain the benefits of our offerings clearly and convincingly.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support lead conversion and customer onboarding.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets related to call volume and lead generation.
  • Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and [add regional language(s) if needed].
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a confident telephone presence.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication).
  • Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
