Job Description

Job Description: The Demand Generation Specialist/Executive will be responsible for reaching out to inbound leads for the companys line of products. Responsible for creating qualified leads with a set criteria and transition them to Sales Manager for closure. Experience with solution selling in the software space is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who has an ability to over achieve targets and set new benchmarks for others. Responsibilities: Make B2B telephone calls to inbound prospects, and also answer to inbound queries Interacting with decision-makers and build strong strategic relationships Prospecting, lead qualification and requirement gathering Develop sales-ready opportunities by qualifying accounts Execute effective campaigns to maximize coverage (via Email and Calls) Follow-up on Marketing-generated leads in order to qualify them in an efficient manner Ensure high translation of lead to revenue Communicating the value propositions for the customer Possess forecasting accuracy, along with skills for customer and opportunity management Adopt Consultative Selling approach Possess skills Lead Management and Follow Ups Skill Set: MBA with minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience (Global Market IT Sales experience preferred) Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Software (such as SalesForce / Zoho / Vtiger) Be proactive, friendly and well spoken Demonstrate effective time management and organization skills Possess a natural ability to network and build lasting business relationships Display excellent written and verbal communication skills Be able to communicate effectively with high level decision makers over the telephone and mail Self-starter/can do attitude Have a working knowledge of the industry and relevant marketplace Learn to establish accurate plans for forecasts, prioritize effort
