Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - B2B with an experience of 1-3 Years. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Other day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and reporting on sales performance. The role is located in Thane.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Experience in developing sales strategies and market research
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Master's & Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus
