RETAS ENVIRO SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. is a Govt. of India recognized start-up working in the field of Modular Rainwater Harvesting and freshwater management systems.
We work in the form of EPC agreement with our clients providing them with the best customized solution to help them efficiently channelize their water requirements. Incorporated in September 2017, RETAS has successfully established itself as pioneers of freshwater management in India.
Job Title: Manager- Sales & Business Development (B2B Sales, Project Sales)
Industry: Construction and Engineering, Plumbing & Pipes, Drainage, MEP.
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Responsibility:
- Explore and create new business opportunities, leads and referrals.
- Promote business intelligence, conduct market surveys for all projects and search for new clients.
- Meet or exceed company expectations for profitable growth in sales and gains in market share.
- Directly interface with clients and brief them about company products and activities.
- Prepare presentation and necessary documents before visiting the clients.
- Liaison with government departments/architects/consultants and get the company listed in the nominated list.
- Follow up inquiries, demands and competition as well as to get the job awarded.
- Ensure quotations are priced and submitted on time with secured payment terms. Follow up receivables and ensure collections on time.
- Prepare Daily Sales Report, report to the management with completed reports of all site visits done, under follow-up.
Qualification & Other requirements:
- Graduation/MBA from a reputed university.
- Should have successful sales performance in the building material/construction industry.
- Willing to travel 80% of the week.
- Should demonstrate proficiency in building a sustainable sales network.
Key Skills:
- Good communication & relationship building skills.
- Should have a problem-solving approach.
- Should exhibit good decision-making ability with negotiation skills.
- Awareness of material and machine commercials.
- Ability to work in a team and perform under pressure meeting strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and government policies.
