  • Deliver approved policies to clients
  • To call the customers and inform them regarding pending EMIs.
  • Convinced them to deposit EMI on time.
  • Responsible for calling on prospect data for further closure.
  • Engaging with premium customers to build relationships and delivering a positive customer experience
  • Retaining the existing customers
  • Experience in sales/ retention/Collection/ up selling/ insurance.
  • Ensuring that the call, leads and quality targets are met.
