Salary: ₹12000- per month 20,000 (Based on experience) + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Telecaller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers with inquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-friendly attitude. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start or advance their careers in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce products/services.
  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide relevant information.
  • Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure conversion and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign improvements.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Confidence in handling customer objections and closing deals.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fluency in multiple languages (a plus).
