**Job Title**: Tele-Caller Executive

**Location**: Faridabad

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Engage with customers in a polite, professional manner.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and lead conversions.
- Maintain proper call logs and generate reports on customer feedback.
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers.

**Qualification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling or a customer service role is a plus.
- Confident phone presence and the ability to engage customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telecommunication: 1 year (required)
- Communication skills: 1 year (required)
