BRHC Pipe Industries is a leading manufacturer in the RCC pipe industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality precast concrete solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller Executive to join our sales team and contribute to our growth through effective telephonic outreach and relationship management.

**Responsibilities and duties**
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and generate leads through cold calling, online directories, and other channels.
- **Client Negotiation**: Engage with clients to negotiate terms, prices, and secure contracts.
- **Lead Channel Management**: Handle leads from various platforms such as Indiamart, TradeIndia, etc.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
- **Customer Interaction**: Address client queries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Listening Skills**: Strong ability to listen and pay attention to details.
- **Mathematical Skills**: Good grasp of basic mathematics for accurate quotations and negotiations.
- **Adaptability**: Enthusiastic, quick learner with a positive attitude towards challenges and change.
- Prior experience in the precast concrete or construction industry is advantageous but not required.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous roles as Telecaller, Telecalling Executive, Telemarketing Executive, Telesales Executive, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or Sales Associate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
