Room Attendant/Housekeeping

**Primary Responsibilities:**1. **Room Cleaning:** - Clean, dust, and polish furniture; vacuum and wash carpets, rugs, and draperies. - Sanitize bathrooms and restock them with toiletries, towels, and other supplies. - Change bed linens, make beds, and replace dirty bedding.2. **Guest Interaction:** - Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries. - Address guest complaints effectively or report them to supervisors when needed.3. **Maintenance:** - Report any maintenance issues or damages to hotel management. - Ensure appliances, fixtures, and room amenities are in working order.4. **Quality Assurance:** - Perform room inspections to uphold luxury standards. - Adhere to safety, quality, and cleanliness protocols consistently.5. **Supplies Management:** - Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and linen inventories. - Prepare room service folders and other guest materials.6. **Team Collaboration:** - Communicate effectively with front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.#### **Additional Duties:**- Assist with turndown service, special requests, or VIP setups.- Participate in training and development programs to maintain service excellence.- Uphold hotel guidelines and grooming standards.#### **Qualifications:**- Previous experience in housekeeping in luxury settings is mandatory- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- - **Personal Attributes:**- Friendly and welcoming demeanor.- Discreet and respectful of guest privacy.- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement.- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
