We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team at The Roseate, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the hotel.
  • Manage and supervise a team of housekeepers to achieve excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless room preparation and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold high standards of service.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of housekeepers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure high standards of hygiene.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
