Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
  • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their comfort during their stay.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
  • Follow established sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all occupants.
  • Assist with cooking and meal preparation as needed, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement best practices in cleaning procedures.

Experience

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with janitorial practices and commercial cleaning standards is a plus.
  • Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environments will be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
