Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and energetic
HR Executive & Business Coordinator
to join our team. This dual role involves managing HR functions and coordinating across departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end
    recruitment
    : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update
    employee records
    , attendance, and HRMS entries.
  • Assist in implementing
    HR policies
    , employee engagement activities, and compliance practices.
  • Coordinate
    performance review
    cycles and feedback processes.
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and payroll coordination.

Business Coordination Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact between management and departments for effective internal communication.
  • Assist in
    project tracking, meeting follow-ups
    , and status updates.
  • Maintain and share
    MIS reports
    , timelines, and business documentation as needed.
  • Support leadership in
    daily planning, task coordination
    , and reporting.
  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and minutes of meetings when required.

Required Skills:

  • Experience into Business coordinator
  • Must have experience in Hiring and HR Operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
