Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and energetic
HR Executive & Business Coordinator
to join our team. This dual role involves managing HR functions and coordinating across departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end
recruitment
: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. - Maintain and update
employee records
, attendance, and HRMS entries. - Assist in implementing
HR policies
, employee engagement activities, and compliance practices. - Coordinate
performance review
cycles and feedback processes. - Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and payroll coordination.
Business Coordination Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between management and departments for effective internal communication.
- Assist in
project tracking, meeting follow-ups
, and status updates. - Maintain and share
MIS reports
, timelines, and business documentation as needed. - Support leadership in
daily planning, task coordination
, and reporting. - Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and minutes of meetings when required.
Required Skills:
- Experience into Business coordinator
- Must have experience in Hiring and HR Operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
