Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Team Manager located in Gurugram. The role involves supervising and managing the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, overseeing day-to-day customer support operations, managing team performance, and developing strategies to improve service standards and efficiency. The role requires maintaining professional communication with customers and fostering a productive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Service Management
  • Abilities in People Management, including team development and leadership
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage customer service operations efficiently
  • Prior experience in appliance service or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
