Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join to top Based in Gurgaon, this full-time, junior-level position is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field. The successful applicant will be expected to provide top-notch customer support and contribute to the company's ongoing success in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, showcasing your ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in providing customer support, utilizing various communication channels to ensure timely and accurate assistance (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations quickly and provide effective solutions to meet customer needs (Mandatory skill).
- Strong written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all customer interactions, both online and offline (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent phone etiquette, capable of managing calls with professionalism and empathy to create a positive customer experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to overall team objectives while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Effective time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet strict deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of industry-standard customer service software and tools, enhancing efficiency in handling customer queries.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently while maintaining a customer-oriented approach to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to refine processes and improve overall service quality, ensuring the company's standards are consistently met.
- Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for future reference.
- Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement and process enhancements in customer support operations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually develop and improve customer service skills and knowledge.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of company services, contributing to revenue growth and customer retention.
- Stay updated on company products and services, ensuring the provision of accurate information and support to clients.
