We are looking for a highly organized, disciplined, and responsible Operations Coordinator who can independently handle daily operational monitoring of our multiple branches. The ideal candidate will work directly with the Founder and ensure smooth functioning of all staff activities, reporting, schedules, and task execution.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants stability, responsibility, and consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Monitoring & Task Tracking

Track daily work of staff across all branches

Ensure all assigned tasks are completed by respective staff

Follow up with branches for daily reports, updates, and compliance

Check discipline, attendance, timelines, and workflow

Rules & Process Implementation

Implement rules, SOPs, and instructions given by the Founder

Suggest improvements in internal systems and staff performance

Maintain proper documentation and structure across operations

Administrative Support

Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the Founder

Create daily, weekly, and monthly schedules

Maintain communication logs and follow-ups

Reply to emails as per instructions

Reporting

Prepare and share:

Daily staff performance report

Weekly branch-wise summary

Monthly operations report

Identify errors, delays, and behavioural issues

Leadership & Responsibility

Take full responsibility for ensuring tasks are executed

Reduce Founder's involvement in daily operations

Act as a remote operations controller ensuring smooth functioning of all branches

Required Skills & Qualities

4+ years of experience in Admin, Operations, HR, or Coordinator role (MNC preferred)

Strong command of English & Hindi

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Strong discipline, work ethics, and professionalism

Ability to multitask and handle multiple departments

Highly reliable, structured, and detail-oriented

Tech-savvy (WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, Email)

Ability to work independently without supervision

Preferred Candidate

Married person looking for long-term stable work

Someone committed for 5 years or more

Someone who understands responsibility, discipline, and ownership

Prior experience in MNC or corporate operations preferred

Work Setup

Remote / Work From Home

Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (flexible based on work)

Must be available on WhatsApp and calls during working hours
