The Impact You'll Make

The role of Senior Professional, CRM Analytics is to develop and support data analytics solutions focused on sales-related processes within the CRM system, by maintaining a requirements backlog, delivering data visualizations, providing deployment and user training, supporting ad hoc data maintenance, and consulting with global internal stakeholders to deliver insights that enhance the customer experience and drive growth for Danfoss Power Solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics requirements and provide consultative recommendations to address business challenges.
  • Document analytics requirements and maintain a backlog of business needs; lead the prioritization of backlog items.
  • Design, publish, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Deploy analytics solutions to users, including conducting initial training sessions and managing user communications.
  • Provide ongoing user support, including addressing queries, communicating updates, and delivering training on analytics products.
  • Monitor analytics product usage and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis of CRM data to support specific projects or business questions.
  • Offer general support for CRM software, including data quality management and other assigned tasks
What We're Looking For
  • Any Bachelors /Masters with 3-5 years of experience directly working on data visualization and data analytics, where that data is then published via dashboards and reports in a sustainable way to a broad set of users
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of best practices in data visualization
  • Functional knowledge of using Power BI (or similar visualization software such as Tableau for example), it would be an advantage if there is experience in an environment where publishing and maintaining in a collaborative workspace for a large audience
  • Good facilitation, listening and communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and users; ability to simplify technical complexities and adapt technical language when working with internal stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
    Telling stories and helping internal stakeholders solve business problems with data
  • Experience working with data from sales processes - for example Opportunities, Quoting, Price Setting, Customer Requests\Cases, and so on (nice to have)
    SAP experience and knowledge (nice to have)
  • Willingness to work on 12.00PM to 9:00PM shift.
