Purpose of the Role

The TSL will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring for various bulk hiring positions including but not limited to Customer Support Associates (CSA), Apprentice Hiring, Picker, Packer, Delivery Boys, including full time & Part time employees.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Source and Recruit apprentices, contractual employees and store management team to meet the companies hiring targets
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for bulk hiring roles through job boards, social media, NGOs, referrals, and networks etc.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage employee life cycle process for store and warehouse employees.
  • Enable sourcing and hiring of CSAs, apprentice, contractual employees and store management team
  • Have oversight of the manpower count and costs for the stores assigned and educate store managers on productivity metrics
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including conducting background checks and verifying qualifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
  • Drive training adoption through digital, virtual instructor led and on the job training programs to ensure capable teams in the stores and warehouse

Knowledge / Education

  • 12th grade
  • Must have 1+ years of experience in HR Operation along with regional language expertise managing on-roll and offroll employees
  • Should have experience in recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance management etc
  • Knowledge about the regional labour market and local labour laws
