we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive

revenue growth by delivering innovative solutions to potential clients. The Sales leader will play a

crucial role in shaping the company's sales strategy, expanding our customer base, and ensuring

client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-12 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a

leadership role in B2B or SaaS sales.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing complex

sales cycles, and leading high-performing sales teams.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to

motivate, coach, and develop sales teams.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with

the ability to present and negotiate at the executive level.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies

tailored to market demands.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), data analytics, and

sales performance tracking.

  • Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a

plus
