About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Brand Executive who can create engaging content, design impactful creatives, and support execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels. The role blends creativity with execution — from designing posts to running ad campaigns and tracking results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation
  • Write high-quality content for social media, blogs, and campaigns.
  • Create ad copy tailored for different platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
  • Design infographics, presentations, and short-form creatives.

Social Media Management

  • Maintain and grow our
    Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
    pages.
  • Schedule, publish, and track posts consistently.
  • Engage with audiences and monitor trends.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Assist in setting up and running
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
    .
  • Track performance, analyze metrics, and suggest improvements.
  • Support multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, organic reach).

Tools & Documentation

  • Work with
    Excel/Google Sheets
    for data tracking and reporting.
  • Use
    Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools
    for design.
  • Maintain campaign docs, reports, and creative assets.

Requirements

  • Strong writing and visual communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of
    digital ads
    (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
  • Experience with
    Excel/Google Sheets
    and document management.
  • Hands-on with
    Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
    .
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Bonus Points

  • Prior internship or project experience in content/marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO and analytics tools.
  • Interest in the real estate / proptech sector (good to have, not required).
