Key Responsibilities / Task List

1.Partnership & Coordination - Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between internal teams, corporate CSR partners, foundations, and donors. - Coordinate with the partnership/sales team by managing schedules, filing documents, and communicating relevant information. - Ensure timely communication, accurate reporting, and smooth execution of partnership initiatives.

  1. Documentation & Reporting - Prepare and send legal documents, proposals, budgets, and other partnership-related materials on time. - Maintain and update Sales Dashboard and CRM with accurate data. - Monitor budget approvals, revenue reports, and adequacy of fund-related material. - Respond to queries or complaints from corporate CSR partners, foundations, and donors.

  2. Operations & Order Processing - Handle the processing of all orders accurately and on time. - Inform clients of unforeseen delays or challenges. - Track team progress, identify shortcomings, and propose process improvements.

  3. Event & Promotional Support- Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials and events. - Coordinate with vendors or organizers as required for smooth execution of events.

*Technical Skills Required

-Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

  • Good understanding of sales and partnership operations processes.

  • Documentation, reporting, and budget preparation skills.

*Soft Skills Required

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • High work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Responsible, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

*Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field (Mandatory).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative roles, or partnership operations.

  • Proven experience in managing corporate/CSR partnerships is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
