Reporting To
Sales & Marketing Head
Roles and Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the call process including lead generation, handling customer queries, providing product information, preparation of quotation, obtain customer approval, and facilitating creation of sales orders. Will be required to visit customers as per requirement
- Collaborate with the vendors to assess the feasibility and determine the time required for supplying the items as per the enquiry
- Co-ordinating in the transportation process (collecting quotations) for orders that are ready to be dispatched
- Proactively follow-up with customers in a time-frame to ensure the receipt of invoice by them, timely payments, customer satisfaction and renewal of connections
- Share material test reports as required
- Handle customer inquiries, address complaints, and promptly resolve issues
- Maintaining data of customers, quotations, order status, payments
Skills:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills Excellent inter-personal skills
- Attention to detailing
- Strong customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in MS Office
Other Specifics
- Should be Mumbai based Full time- field and office working
