Job Description Work :- On Field  Location: - Andheri, Mumbai Experience Required: years  Offered CTC: up to 3 LPA Industry: - Fasteners (Preferred) Qualification- Post Graduate/ MBA (Mechanical preferred)
Key Responsibilities: ➢ Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. ➢ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends. ➢ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. ➢ Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers effectively. ➢ Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve targets. ➢ Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. ➢ Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs regularly. ➢ Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. ➢ Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, quotations, and proposals. ➢ Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' offerings to remain competitive in the market. ➢ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets.   Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Sales, Marketing, or Business-related field preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
