Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – HR & Admin to support our organization's human resources and administrative functions. The role involves managing HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and development programs.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain related documentation.
  • Coordinate performance management activities and maintain appraisal records.

Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration including facilities management, vendor coordination, and office supplies.
  • Manage travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation.
  • Support in drafting HR and administrative policies.
  • Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles (freshers with strong internships may also be considered).
  • Experience in IT/Service industry preferred but not mandatory.
