Job Description Assistant Manager HR

  1. To be the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all HR-related matters.
  2. To manage Time Office activities.
  3. To process and maintain attendance records.
  4. To handle screening and recruitment of manpower.
  5. To conduct induction and orientation for newly joined employees.
  6. To ensure timely confirmation of employees.
  7. To coordinate employees performance appraisals.
  8. To monitor and ensure housekeeping management in the facility.
  9. To update and maintain all required records as per statutory requirements.
  10. To liaise with statutory authorities such as Factory Inspectors, Labour Department, ESIC, etc.
  11. To ensure proper implementation of company policies.
  12. To ensure fulfillment of QMS requirements.
  13. To attend to and resolve employee grievances.
  14. To prepare and submit monthly MIS reports to Head Office.
  15. To drive and maintain the culture at the site, focusing on good interpersonal relations.
  16. To handle general HR and administrative activities.
  17. To supervise the security function and contract labour management.
  18. To take active interest in workmen welfare and training programs.
  19. To coordinate and maintain documentation for audits and compliance requirements.
  20. To prepare/review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to HR and Administration.
  21. To ensure employees health checks are conducted before entry into factory premises at the security office.
  22. To be responsible for all HR-related activities in the absence of the Designee.
  23. To perform any other duties as assigned by management.
