Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive & Administrative Officer to manage human resources operations while also overseeing administrative functions. This role will be responsible for end-to-end HR activities, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and general office administration to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
- Support payroll processing and attendance management.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of facilities.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, and inventory control.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and administrative standards.
- Coordinate with management for budget planning and expense tracking.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 0-1 years of proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information with integrity.
