Job Description

We are hiring an experienced
Logistics Executive
with strong expertise in
Contract Management, Invoicing, and Logistics Coordination
. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in tracking shipments, managing vendor contracts, validating invoices, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    logistics operations
    , including shipment planning, tracking, dispatches, and delivery coordination.
  • Handle
    contract management
    with logistics partners, including reviewing terms, renewals, and compliance.
  • Process, verify, and track
    logistics invoices
    , ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
  • Work with internal teams (procurement, supply chain, finance) to ensure end-to-end operational alignment.
  • Maintain records of freight contracts, rate cards, service agreements, and vendor documents.
  • Coordinate with transport vendors for pricing, billing clarification, and service-level compliance.
  • Monitor logistics performance metrics and maintain periodic reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory guidelines, and operational SOPs.
  • Support process improvements in logistics operations and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Eligibility

  • Minimum
    2+ years
    experience in
    Logistics / Contract Management / Invoicing
    .
  • Strong understanding of logistics workflows, vendor coordination, and freight billing.
  • Experience in contract handling and documentation.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
