Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inside & field sales for genset/power equipment

  • Conduct client meetings & product demos (B2B focus)

  • Generate leads, approach the market, and build client relationships

  • Perform site inspections/load studies to recommend suitable genset solutions

  • Negotiate and close sales to achieve targets

  • Maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business & referrals

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity & customer needs

*Industry Preference:*

  1. First preference: Genset / Power Equipment industry

  2. Can also consider: EV, Solar, and OEM industry candidates

  3. *Avoid candidates from EdTech background*

*Requirements:*

Bachelor's degree in any field

2–3 years of relevant experience in genset/power equipment sales (B2B must)

Good command of English & Hindi

Strong client-facing, communication & negotiation skills

Knowledge of sales software/CRM (advantage)

Market experience with ability to approach, pitch & build trust with clients
