Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of TripHind in your region—driving sales, building relationships, and helping travelers discover the magic of our curated travel packages. This is a boots-on-the-ground role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell TripHind's travel packages and services to walk-in clients and local leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and local partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide expert travel advice and customized itinerary planning.
- Handle bookings, payments, and post-sale customer support.
- Represent TripHind at local events, expos, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree, or related field (preferred).
- 0–1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for travel and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
