
Sales Head

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for the travel and tourism industry. You will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the entire sales process from inquiry to booking and post-travel follow-up.
- Handle inquiries for tour packages, providing detailed information and converting leads into sales.
- Create and customize tour itineraries based on client needs and preferences.
- Source and negotiate with hotels and other vendors to get the best quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and partners.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to write professional emails and manage correspondence effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Familiarity with creating itineraries and travel-related documents.
- Basic computer literacy is a must.
- Previous experience in a sales role within the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for our clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
