**We require an Organised & Presentable Female Career Counselor with strong communication and interpersonal skills for our sales/marketing team**. The job description for the same is listed below:

- Provide pre-sales counselling and advise the students regarding admission services (CLAT/AILET/MBA-CAT/IPM-BBA/CUET) and test prep.
- Achieve admissions as well as collection targets for all courses & generate walk-ins from telephonic leads, mail leads, head office leads from other portals and student referrals.
- Mobilize the student groups for Career Launcher initiatives and programmes - Responsible for operations, paper work, tele-calling, parents complains, feedback & formalities at the center.
- Responsible for driving business for the institute by creating difference in the presentation of our services in relation to the quality of education offered, results, study kits & faculty.
- Core sales with generating walk-ins at center through online career counselling & webinars.
- Proactively up-selling and cross-selling relevant product.
- Design & create the batches, timings and effectively communicate the schedule of batches to students, parents & faculty.
- Capturing accurate client information on inquiry form and timely entering the same in the system.
- Ensure KYC compliance & online entries, receipt generation of the enrolled students.
- Proper maintenance of inventory and timely issue of study material & id cards to students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
