We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven counseller to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a recognized university.
  • Should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi

Job Description:

  • Handle 50 Approx student leads per day through telecalling, walk-ins, and counseling sessions.
  • Conduct multiple follow-ups with potential students and parents to ensure conversion into admissions.
  • Provide accurate career advice, explain course structures, and guide students in choosing the right program.
  • Manage admission-related records, references, and student upgrades.
  • Actively participate in promotional events, workshops, and seminars when required
  • You must be emotionally available to help students choose their career path and mentor them on how to make their career in the Media & entertainment industry.
  • Collecting fees, installments & date of joining amount.
  • Maintaining the applicant's proper record and follow-up on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining and updating the students' database.
  • Should be active, capable to take initiative and target-oriented

Expierence:

  • Should have experience/ knowledge about counselling
  • Education Industry: minimum 2 years (Preferred)
  • Prior experience in academic counseling or sales will be an added advantage
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Record-Keeping).

Special Note:

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM
