**About Us**:ZICA (Zee Learn) Animation prayagraj is one of leading institutes for Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Game Design, and Digital Marketing. We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven counseller to join our dynamic team.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi.
- Handle 50 Approx student leads per day through telecalling, walk-ins, and counseling sessions.
- Conduct multiple follow-ups with potential students and parents to ensure conversion into admissions.
- Provide accurate career advice, explain course structures, and guide students in choosing the right program.
- Manage admission-related records, references, and student upgrades.
- Actively participate in promotional events, workshops, and seminars when required
- You must be emotionally available to help students choose their career path and mentor them on how to make their career in the Media & entertainment industry.
- Collecting fees, installments & date of joining amount.
- Maintaining the applicant's proper record and follow-up on a daily basis.
- Maintaining and updating the students' database.
- Should be active, capable to take initiative and target-oriented

**Expierence**:

- Should have experience/ knowledge about counselling
- Education Industry: minimum 2 years (preferred)
- Prior experience in academic counseling or sales will be an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Record-Keeping).

**Timing**: 10 AM to 7 PM (Flexible)
