Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with 5 to 6 years of experience in the bullion or gold industry. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the client base, managing key accounts, and developing effective business strategies to strengthen the company's presence in the Vizag region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for bullion and gold products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets to expand reach.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through structured planning and follow-up.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and collections.
  • Handle client negotiations, contract finalisations, and pricing discussions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the bullion or gold sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to lead teams, plan strategically, and work independently under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and goal orientation.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or Finance.
  • Master's Degree (MBA / PGDM) in Sales, Marketing
  • Additional certifications in Bullion Trading, Financial Markets, or Precious Metals Management will be an added advantage.
