Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing client relationships. This role is crucial for our continued success, serving as the face of our company to potential clients and translating their event needs into profitable contracts. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial presentation to contract negotiation and client handover to the Event Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed annual revenue goals and sales targets.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively source new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and relationship building with corporate clients, agencies, and individual planners.
- Client Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. Conduct initial consultations, site visits (if applicable), and compelling presentations of our services and capabilities.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Create tailored, professional, and accurate event proposals and contracts, ensuring profitable margins and clear deliverables. Negotiate terms and secure final bookings.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market rates to position our services competitively.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client data in the company CRM system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns and the Event Operations/Production team to ensure a smooth and successful handover of confirmed events.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹45,000.00 per month
