Job Title: Assistant Floor Manager

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Floor Manager at Rio Capital, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing floor operations, driving sales, and supporting the team to achieve targets. Sales and Target Achievement:

  • Assist in setting and achieving sales targets for the team.
  • Actively contribute to sales by engaging with clients and promoting services.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Monitor and ensure individual and team performance aligns with business goals.

Team Management:

  • Provide guidance and support to team members to improve productivity.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new hires, focusing on sales techniques and client engagement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to team members.

Performance Reporting:

  • Maintain records of team activities, sales figures, and individual performances.
  • Generate and present performance reports to management, including sales insights.

Employee and Client Engagement:

  • Foster a positive and motivational work environment to boost team morale.
  • Address employee concerns and act as a liaison between management and the team.
  • Engage with clients to resolve escalations, ensure satisfaction, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in a relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in sales or operations.
