The Role

We're not looking for a "marketing manager" in the corporate sense. We're looking for a brand builder — someone who can think, create, and execute. Someone who understands both the romance of hospitality and the discipline of marketing. This is for a person who can turn experiences into stories and stories into measurable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Craft and execute brand campaigns that reflect our tone and heart.
  • Lead our digital storytelling across social media, influencer networks, and content collaborations.
  • Work closely with the founders and creative teams on launches, photoshoots, ads, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Build and manage performance-driven digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, retargeting).
  • Create partnerships with travel influencers, OTAs, and corporate travel communities.
  • Develop content calendars, track engagement, and pull insights that guide real business growth.
  • Ensure every property's marketing — from brochures to reels — feels authentically WOW STAYZ2.

Who You Are

  • You love travel, storytelling, and the craft of branding.
  • You've worked 2–3 years in marketing (hospitality is a plus).
  • You're comfortable owning ideas end-to-end — from concept to execution to measurement.
  • You understand both creativity and numbers; your campaigns connect emotionally and convert.
  • You think visually, write with clarity, and care about design.
  • You work well with small teams, move fast, and enjoy freedom with responsibility.
