**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer trends.
- Develop and implement advertising and promotional plans.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with design teams to produce promotional materials.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Manage and monitor social media platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Oversee SEO/SEM efforts to improve online visibility.
- Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and report on ROI.
- **Event Management**:

- Organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing activities and communications.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for improvement.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Use analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior and campaign performance.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
