**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications for guests and team members
- Generate leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
