**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sports & Martial Arts Training**:

- Conduct regular martial arts, fitness, and self-defence sessions for students.
- Increase their resilience & mental toughness through planned activities, counselling & mentorship
- Mentor students and prepare them for demonstrations, competitions, and public events.
- Promote discipline, confidence, and physical well-being through structured training.

**2. Club Activities Coordination**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute co-curricular events, workshops, and activity days.
- Support the smooth functioning of clubs like Martial Arts Club, Music Club, Photography Club, Dance Club, Drama Club, Chess Club, various sports clubs, etc.
- Ensure high levels of student participation, engagement, and creative involvement.
- Collaborate with faculty and creative departments for integrated interdisciplinary events.

**3. Event Planning & Execution**:

- Organize intra-college and inter-college sports activities, competitions, and annual sports day.
- Assist in planning college fests, cultural showcases, and theme-based events requiring physical demonstrations or coordination.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, and resource allocation.

**4. Student Engagement & Mentorship**:

- Encourage student involvement in sports, wellness, and co-curricular programs.
- Identify talented students and provide them with specialized training or opportunities.
- Promote teamwork, leadership, and positive campus culture through activities.

**5. Administrative & Operational Duties**:

- Maintain records of clubs, events, attendance, training sessions, and student performance.
- Oversee sports equipment, training areas, and co-curricular activity spaces.
- Ensure safety guidelines, discipline policies, and first-aid protocols are followed.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and activity reports for college management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education / Sports Science / related field.
- Recognized certification or professional training and demonstrated achievements in tournaments in Martial Arts (Karate, Taekwondo, Judo, MMA, etc.).
- Experience in school/college sports training or activity coordination.
- Strong organizational and event coordination skills.
- Good communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
- Knowledge of first-aid and safety protocols.
