Key Responsibilities:

Community Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Identify and develop relationships with RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations), gated communities, local clubs, and key community leaders.
  • Act as the primary representative of Ankura Hospital in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular follow-up visits to maintain long-term engagement with community partners.

Health Camps & Events Management

  • Plan,schedule, and execute community health camps, screenings, wellness talks and awareness programs.
  • Coordinate with hospital departments (doctors, nursing, diagnostics, admin) to ensure smooth setup and execution of camps.
  • Ensure proper branding and visibility of Ankura Hospital at all events and outreach initiatives.

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Promote hospital services, specialty departments, and packages during camps and community visits.
  • Collect leads and convert inquiries into OPD/IPD footfall.
  • Track and report community-based conversions and camp outcomes.

Market Intelligence

  • Gather insights on competitors, community needs, and local healthcare trends.
  • Recommend new outreach opportunities and strategies based on field data.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate logs of daily field visits, community meetings, and event reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards on camp outcomes, lead generation, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree mandatory
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in community outreach, field sales, hospital marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned locations.
  • Self-motivated,target-driven, and comfortable with on-ground sales activities.
