Sales Executive – L&T Komatsu Construction Equipment

Location:

Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Near Bombay Hospital)

Industry:

Construction & Mining Equipment – Premium Segment

Division:

L&T Komatsu Construction Machinery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell L&T Komatsu machinery (excavators, loaders, dozers, etc.)

  • Identify prospective clients and conduct product presentations and demonstrations

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, infrastructure companies, and consultants

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to the management team

  • Collaborate with technical/service teams to ensure post-sales support and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain records of sales leads, client interactions, and deal closures

Candidate Profile:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B/capital equipment sales

  • Preferably from companies like JCB, Tata Hitachi, SANY, Komatsu India, Caterpillar, Mahindra CE, Hyundai CE, etc.

  • Strong network in Indore and nearby industrial regions

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (Engineering or Business background preferred)

  • Knowledge of the local construction and mining equipment market is an added advantage
